  • Can I use my own caterer?

Yes, you are responsible for your own caterer, and all other vendors (florist, cake, music,ect.).

  • Does The Colemoor allow alcohol on the premises?

The Colemoor does allow alcohol, but not brown bagging. It is the client's responsibility to provide the alcohol and certified  pourer.

  • Does The Colemoor require wedding liability coverage?

    No we don't require wedding liability coverage, but if you serve alcohol  we highly recommend that you purchase coverage, You can purchase it  from any local liability coverage company.

  • Does the pricing include tables and chairs?

Yes, the venue includes 250 white fan back chairs, 25 60-inch round tables, 10 6ft rectangular tables, 10 8ft rectangular tables, and 7 6ft picnic tables

  • Are there other chairs for rent?

    Yes, we have 210 Gold Chiavari Chairs with cushions available for rent. Contact us for pricing.

  • When is the full payment due?

Full payment is due 90 days before the event. If the full payment is not recieved within that time frame you will be in breach of your contract and may forfeit your rights to occupy the venue.

  • Is there a location for the bride and her bridal party to get dressed?

Yes, we have a bridal suite in the barn for the bride and her bridal party to get ready.

  • Is there a place for the males to get dressed?

Yes, there is a groom/groomsman cabin on the property for the men to get ready and dressed.

  • Does The Colemoor require a security deposit?

Yes, a $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates.

  • What Electronics are at the venue?

The Colemoor has two extra large speakers, multi function white and colored lights (optional), projector and screen, lighting throughout venue, two extra large fans in ceiling, large floor fans, and heaters.


  • Does The Colemoor require security?

Yes, when alcohol is being served 2 uniformed officers are required to be present.

  • Are there noise restrictions?

Yes, we require that music be brought to a minimum level at 10:00 pm and ends at 11:00pm to allow cleanup by 12:00 midnight.

 

  • Who is responsible for cleanup?

The client that rented the venue is responsible for clean up. They may assign the task to someone to make sure the venue is clean and make sure all tables and chairs are properly stored, lights are turned off, keys are returned, building is secured , and gate locked , however the client that rented the venue is still responsible for the overall cleanliness, and securing of the facility. If you would like for The Colemoor to clean, we provide clean-up for $500.00

  • Is There is a dumpster?

Yes the dumpster is  located on the left side of venue. All trash from the kitchen, pavilion, and the grounds shall be picked up and placed in the dumpster prior to leaving.
