Access Time: 8:30 a.m. on the day of your event

End Time: 11 p.m. the night of your event (Friday-Saturday).

Includes: Exclusive use of the barn and estate grounds. Many options for ceremony location-including inside or outside options, 23 round tables, 12 rectangular tables, 250 white chairs, full kitchen with two refrigerators-stove/oven-microwave-commercial food warmer-commercial ice machine, bridal suite, groom cabin, two 8’ bars ( these are on wheels for easy moving), and decor options for use. We also include allowing engagement photos to be taken at the property if you choose.

Setup Option: Depending on the week’s schedule, early setup may be available the evening before (upon approval)

Ideal For: Weddings, corporate gatherings, family reunions, baby showers, bridal showers, and other special celebrations that fit comfortably within a single-day experience.

Overnight Option:‍ ‍The Bride & Groom Cabin Suite is included in your package. — checkout is at 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
